Residential Treatment Facilities

We’re always exploring partnerships with residential treatment facilities (and those that provide extended levels of care) because our priority is solely detoxing the client, meaning there’s no conflict of interest.

After successfully detoxing the client, we refer you to our trusted partners so they can continue advancing the patient’s recovery journey!

As the saying goes, “Teamwork makes the dream work”, but in this case, teamwork will allow us to save more lives together!

Veterans and First Responders

Our team has an immense amount of respect and admiration for veterans and first responders. The service of these brave men and women often leads to PTSD, Depression, Psychiatric Disorders, a combination of which results in substance use addiction.

As one of the few detox facilities that accepts Tricare and VA insurance, The Haven Texas’ detox center has the privilege to accept and treat all veterans  (we even have veterans on-staff!). We are also in-network with most major insurances allowing us to work with first responders. Your well-being is our priority, and this extends far beyond our immediate care. We’ll ensure that you can continue your treatment well after your discharge from The Haven Texas, through our referral partners who also specialize in veterans and first responders.

Veterans and first responders have put this country first and we at The Haven Texas, would like to put YOU first!

Private Practice and Clinicians

Continuity of the patients’ recovery, well after they’ve discharged from our care, is our highest priority at The Haven Texas’ rehab center. That’s why partnerships with, clinicians, counsellors and psychiatrists are absolutely critical.

We also know that you often don’t provide medical detox services in-house –that’s where we come in. Thereafter, we’ll return the patient safely back to your care!

Hospitals

Today’s hospital staff is under tremendous stress, and not generally equipped to handle those in need of medical detox services, but The Haven Texas’ detox center can alleviate some of that burden!

Our goal is to work closely with case managers to quickly and efficiently get those in need transitioned to our detox treatment center and get the care they need. Our addiction medical services and detox services are not limited to a specific duration, but rather tied to successful outcomes, so you can rest assured that the patient will be in great hands.

Not For Profit

We aspire to help those individuals that are most in need, and substance use disorders are often most prominent for people in homeless shelters, NFP treatment programs, community centers (like MHMR) or even religious entities like churches/ministries.

The Haven Texas’ treatment center is fully equipped to handle these patients because we pride ourselves on being a detox treatment center that accepts medicaid and Medicare which are often the most common types of insurance for members of these organizations.

Not only do we provide our detox services in Dallas but we are also a contracted partner with many of the largest and most respected organizations in the Dallas area, including the largest homeless shelter in Dallas, “The Bridge Homeless Recovery Center”, the Denton county MHMR, and many more! We are always looking to expand our partnerships because there are countless individuals who still need help with drug and alcohol detox in Texas.

Native American Tribes

We pride ourselves on serving the underserved, and while Native Americans only represent 2% of the U.S. population, their alcohol and substance use addiction is 300% higher than the national average .

Many tribes have their own detox but may be unable to accept certain members either due to special criteria, or simply overflow. That’s why we specifically contract with Tribes and serve as a resource to provide urgent medical detox services as needed for people of Native American descent.

You

Our professional partnerships are not just limited to those institutions that are mentioned here, but many more such as sober living facilities and intensive outpatient programs. We even have relationships with other detox treatment centers who may not accept Medicare/Medicaid, pregnant women or other criteria. Once we successfully detox the patient, our objective is to find appropriate levels of care and aftercare resources and that’s where you come in.

We can’t achieve our mission of saving as many lives as possible on our own and that’s why we need compassionate people like YOU to drive towards this goal!
